For over a decade, NextStep has been providing top quality commercial and government Construction and Facilities Maintenance services to Northern California customers. In the government sector, under our five year US Coast Guard TRACEN Petaluma Change of Occupancy (COM) contract, NextStep Technology has completely remodeled over 125 housing units including Structural Modifications, Flooring, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Remediation, Sheetrock, Paint, Doors & Appliances among other activities with consistent “Above Average” CPARS ratings.
NextStep Technology also managed the $20M per Year Fort Polk US Army Base Operations Contract as a subcontractor to Pride Industries, in charge of full Base Facilities Maintenance including Buildings, Roads, Compounds and Landscaping.
