Arsenio Ayon
CEO
Arsenio is an entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience in business administration and information technology. He is responsible for NextStep’s overall corporate strategy and administration.

Arsenio has extensive experience in a broad array of business and technical leadership with small to large companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has managed information technology departments and complex ERP systems with multi sites, language and currency.  Arsenio is also an advisor to our client’s senior management dealing with today’s business and technology challenges.  As an advisor, his engagements range from small into multi-million dollars, interim director, division GM and chief technology officer for several private and public companies.

He has experience in several business verticals including semiconductor, biotech, high tech, department of defense contracts and process manufacturing.  Arsenio is an advocate of public schools and community organizations and has served as the chairman and board member for a community based medical clinic, future farmers of America (FFA) and people acting in community together (PACT).


Brett Le Veille
Executive Vice President
Brett is responsible for the commercial business unit, finance administration and strategic partnerships at NextStep.  Brett has over 25 years of finance, sales operations and distribution experience in the industry and managing clients with worldwide operations with multi-currency and multi-language requirements.


Dave Shondeck
Vice President, Business Development and Alliances
Dave is responsible for the strategy and direction of business development for NextStep including revenue generation, strategic partnerships and business initiatives. Dave has over 30 years of executive experience in building, leading and operating high performance, world-class high tech and manufacturing organizations. He has extensive experience in domestic and international sales and marketing, operational management, supply chain development, acquisitions, and tier one Enterprise Resource Planning software systems.
