TEAM MEMBERS AND AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
NextStep Technology, Inc. has primed Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Intelligence (BI) global worldwide deployment and sustainment engagements at over 100 customers since 1997. We have systems demonstrated expertise in SAP, Oracle and Microsoft business application systems offerings. We have primed dozens of US Army, US Navy and Department of Homeland Security contracts since 2011, assisting DOD branches in achieving their 2017 Audit Readiness objective.
While NextStep does not yet have any Seaport-e team members due to our self-contained global high level IT services capabilities, we have relationships with large and small specialized subcontractors and will add Seaport-e team members when required.
LAST 3 YEARS OF SERVICES EXPERIENCE:
NextStep has delivered top quality COTS ERP/CRM/BI solutions to Fortune 100 and smaller commercial customers since 1997, starting our DOD focus in 2010. Over the past 3 years, NextStep Project Managers (PMs) as well as Functional and Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) have been assisting government and commercial customers alike with global COTS ERP/CRM/BI services. Our recent clients include among others the NGB, LA ARNG, NV ARNG, DC ARNG, MI ARNG, WV ARNG, NE ARNG, NSWC Corona, Flextronics Corporation, Bio-Rad Laboratories, Pride Industries, Calpine Containers, and Solazyme, where we delivered Oracle EBS and SAP ERP/CRM/BI services, including:
- System Design Documentation and Technical Data Support.
- Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Network Support.
- Configuration Management (CM) Support.
- Quality Assurance (QA) Support.

QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) PROGRAM:
NextStep has well documented QA processes continuously enhanced since 1997 at over one hundred clients. Each engagement includes QA processes driven by Project Management, but integral to all of our services and embraced by our resources including our assigned Quality Manager (QM). QA reviews include management reviews, informal (random) reviews, formal technical reviews, peer reviews, help desk analysis. Our deployment and sustainment methodologies systematically include Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) reviews with quality and continuous improvement metrics developed to determine compliance and efficiency early in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in order to reduce cost of defects and repairs.
